Best Value Rates - $170 per night, plus taxes*

May 1 - June 14; September 5 – December 14

High Season Rates - $195 per night, plus taxes*

January 6 – April 30; June 15 – September 4

Holiday Rates - $245 per night, plus taxes*

December 15 – January 5

*All rates are subject to 11.416% tax (before July 1, 2010 and 13.416% starting July 1, 2010), plus a resort fee

Minimum Stay

There is a minimum stay requirement of two nights; however, longer minimum stay requirements may be in effect.

Deposit

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all payments.

Reservations for December 15 – January 1 require full prepayment by October 15. Cancellations for this period made before October 15 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations for this period made on or after October 15 will result in the forfeiture of all payments.
